A heavy fabrication shop is a large industrial facility equipped with specialized machinery and tools for the manufacturing of heavy-duty metal structures and components. The shop typically features a spacious floor layout to accommodate large-scale projects and heavy machinery.

1. Pipe bending up to Ø 100 mm.
2. Machine Shop equipped with lathe, milling, shaper rolling and grinding machines etc. Sheet shearing machine, capacity upto 25mm thickness.
3. Edge preparation machine for sheet thickness upto 50mm.
4. Power presses 25 tons to 250 tons.
5. Special machines for Creasing, bending and jointing of sheets from 0.5mm to 1.0 mm thickness.
6. Welding Shop having facilities for sub-merged arc welding, argon arc welding, CO2 welding, sport welding etc.
7. Facilities are also available for carrying welding of special alloys including aluminum and stainless steel.
